Arthur Santos

Arthur Santos has a diverse work experience in the field of software development, starting with their current role as the Android Chapter Lead at Petz, where they manage a team of developers and is responsible for defining architecture and development standards. Prior to their current position, they worked as a Senior Android Engineer at Petz, supporting their native Android application.

Before joining Petz, Arthur worked at HANZO as the Manager of Android, where they led the development of the Mastercard Surpreenda Android app from scratch. Arthur also worked as a Senior Android Developer at HANZO, and as a Mid-level Android Developer at Emporium Nerd and Parciom.

In addition to their Android development roles, Arthur also has experience in other areas, such as being a co-owner of Emporium Nerd, an editor and host of a YouTube channel called Quero Bacon, and a Back End Developer at Corretora Brokers de Seguros.

During their early career, Arthur gained experience as a software development intern at DotLegend Mobile Apps and as a IT support staff at Prefeitura UFRJ and TIC UFRJ.

Arthur Santos has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. Arthur also attended Colégio Santo Inácio from 1995 to 2009. Additionally, they obtained a degree in Computer Science from UNIVERITAS. In terms of certifications, Arthur has completed various courses, including leadership, digital mindset, delegation of tasks, Android architecture, teamwork principles, and others. Arthur obtained these certifications from institutions such as Alura and TreinaWeb.
