Lucas Magoga

Lucas Magoga has extensive experience in operations management within the retail sector. Currently serving as the Diretor de operações at Petz since June 2016, Lucas oversees national operations for 252 stores and over 4,500 employees. Previously held the position of Gerente Regional de Operações, managing more than 80 stores across various Brazilian states, and served as Gerente Distrital de Operações for the eastern and southern zones of São Paulo. Early career experience includes serving as Gerente de loja, where responsibility encompassed operational results and goal achievement at the store level. Lucas began in the retail industry at GPA, where as Chefe de seção, oversight of the electronics department involved optimizing operations and motivating staff. Educational qualifications include a degree in Marketing from Universidade Paulista and recent studies at FIA Business School.
