Dexter Hedgepeth

Dexter Hedgepeth has held various roles in organizations focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Dexter currently serves as the Inaugural Officer for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at The Pew Charitable Trusts. Prior to this role, Dexter was the Program Supervisor for Administration, Strategy, and Engagement at Nassau County and a Direct Care Associate at the Center for Rapid Recovery. Dexter has a diverse educational background, with degrees in Politics, Economics & Law, Contract Compliance Administration, Youth Ministry & Theology, Business, and is currently pursuing a Master's in Business Administration and Management.
