Luis Noe Bustamante has extensive experience in research and administrative roles, primarily within esteemed organizations such as the Pew Research Center and the Organization of American States (OAS). At the Pew Research Center, Luis has progressed through various positions including Research Associate, Research Analyst, and Research Assistant since September 2018. Prior to this, Luis contributed as a Research Assistant at American University's Center for Latin American and Latino Studies from January 2018 to September 2018. Luis's experience at the OAS spanned from January 2011 to June 2016, encompassing roles as Administrative Officer and Budget Assistant. Academically, Luis holds a Master's degree in Public Policy Analysis from the School of Public Affairs at American University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from George Mason University’s Costello College of Business.
