Amy (Berwald) Gaspari SHRM-SCP has been in the Human Resources field since 1997. Amy began their career as Senior Vice President at Concepts In Staffing, where they leveraged both traditional and progressive approaches to recruiting. In 2014, they became Principal at Target State Consulting, where they created the company's internal staffing division and developed new business opportunities for staffing and staff augmentation services. From 2017-2021, they were Director of People Operations at 1-800Accountant, where they reported to the CEO and was responsible for driving scalable Human Resources Infrastructure. Currently, they are Human Resources Director at PEX.

Amy (Berwald) Gaspari SHRM-SCP completed their Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Rhode Island in 1996. Amy also attended Paul D. Schrieber High School from 1988 to 1992.
