Shivam Pappu has worked in a variety of roles across multiple companies. In 2021, they began their current role as Senior Product Manager at PEX. From 2019 to 2021, they were VP Product Manager - Spring by Citi - eCommerce Payment Processing at Citi. In 2018, they held a Data Science Intern role at Ripple. From 2014 to 2018, they held multiple roles at Citi, including AVP - Treasury & Trade Solutions Pricing Analytics, Interest Rate Derivatives Trader, and Hybrid & Multi-Asset Quantitative Analyst. From 2013 to 2014, they were Market Risk Summer Analyst at Citi. From 2012 to 2013, they held a Technology Summer Analyst role at Citi. In 2011, they were a Microsoft Technology Center Summer Intern at Microsoft.

Shivam Pappu began their educational journey in 2006, when they attended Stuyvesant High School until 2010. Shivam then moved on to Columbia University, where they obtained a B.S. in Financial Engineering from 2010 to 2014. In 2017, they completed their education at Columbia Business School with a Master of Business Administration (MBA). In addition to their educational qualifications, Shivam Pappu also holds certifications from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) for Series 63 and Series 7.
