Juan Cano

Juan Cano has extensive experience in production and supervisory roles within the aerospace and food manufacturing industries. Currently employed as an Advanced Operator 1 at Pexco Aerospace, Inc. since January 2022, Juan previously served as a Production Supervisor at the same company from October 2005 to April 2020, leading a team in the production of custom extruded parts for the aircraft industry while focusing on efficiency and team communication. Prior experience includes a role as a Swing Shift Production Supervisor at Seneca Foods Corporation, managing the bagging of vacuum fried apple chips, and as a Shift Supervisor at Universal Aerospace Co., Inc., overseeing the production of aerospace parts. Juan pursued coursework towards an Associates Degree in Business Administration and Management at Big Bend Community College from 1994 to 1995.
