Haakon Aabakken has a strong work experience background in various roles and industries. Haakon started their career at UngLyd in 2011 as a Project Manager and then moved on to Muno On-Stage as a Manager in 2012. In 2013, they joined NorgesGruppen ASA as a Kolonialmedarbeider, where they had responsibilities for product management and customer satisfaction. In 2014, they co-founded and worked as a Sales Manager Nordic at NorthOuttfitter, focusing on delivering quality clothing solutions.
In 2014, Haakon started working at Telenor, where they held several positions. Haakon worked as a Kunderådgiver MBN Oppgradering, Kundeansvarlig KSB Storkunde, and QA Bestilling Datacom. Haakon was responsible for customer service and support, quality assurance, and handling large corporate accounts. Haakon also gained expertise in the Broadband Business Fiber segment and worked offshore as a subject matter expert in a BPO process in Kolkata, India.
In 2019, Haakon joined Pexip as a Sales Operations Manager, where they owned multiple improvement projects and supported the business needs related to the quote-to-cash process. Later, they were promoted to the role of Director of Business Operations, managing a team responsible for executing orders with an annual value of 1 Billion NOK.
Throughout their career, Haakon has demonstrated strong leadership and project management skills, as well as a focus on customer satisfaction and process improvement.
From 2010 to 2013, Haakon Aabakken attended Asker Videregående Skole, where they studied social studies and marketing.
