Dana Kolodzie

Dana Kolodzie began working at the Neighborhood Development Collaborative/STAPC in 2004 as a Program Manager until 2007. Dana then joined Peyton Resource Group in 2007 and held various roles including Recruiter from November 2007 to August 2008, Senior Account Manager from August 2008 to January 2014, and Vice President, Strategic Accounts from January 2014 onwards. As Vice President, they partnered with senior leadership to align talent strategies to client goals, provided leadership to PRG's contingent workforce and managed service teams, and successfully managed high-visibility projects. As a Recruiter, they developed recruiting strategies, evaluated candidates, and managed contract employees through engagement sessions.

Dana Kolodzie pursued their undergraduate education at Texas State University from 1999 to 2003. Dana obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies during this time.
