Stephanie Siegmund

Stephanie Siegmund, SPHR, has a strong background in human resources and staffing. Stephanie most recently worked as the Director of Human Resources at PF Holdings. Prior to that, they were a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Alcon.

Stephanie also has experience in the oil and gas industry, having worked as a Human Resources Manager and Senior HR Generalist at ProFrac Services. In these roles, they provided guidance on corrective action programs and developed disciplinary action guides. Stephanie also served as the sole recruiter, responsible for full cycle recruiting and organizing hiring events.

Earlier in their career, Stephanie worked as a Branch HR Manager at HR Metrics, Inc., overseeing staffing coordinators and on-site supervisors. Stephanie also served as a Staffing Manager at Snelling Staffing, where they handled full cycle recruitment and client coordination.

Stephanie's career began in the education sector, working as a Career Services Advisor at Kaplan College and Remington College. In these roles, they provided career planning and mentoring for students and alumni.

Stephanie Siegmund, SPHR, holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from The University of Texas at Arlington. Additionally, they obtained various certifications including the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in July 2021. In 2022, they completed several LinkedIn courses and obtained certifications in areas such as confronting bias, HR as a business partner, pay strategy, payroll, selecting an HR system, people analytics, skills for inclusive conversations, and talent management. Stephanie also completed two ethics series courses, "Building an Ethical Organization" and "Common Ethical Challenges," through MindEdge Learning.
