Prior to this role, Randall held the title of Division President at Firstsource Solutions, USA. With extensive experience at Firstsource from April 2000 to April 2023, Randall served as the Executive Vice President & Global Head of Hospital Business. Randall Shafer graduated from Manchester University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Business Administration, with a concentration in Marketing.
