Even Elias Austevoll

Even Elias Austevoll has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Even Elias began their career in the hospitality sector, working as a waiter and receptionist in hotels such as Hotel D'Angleterre and Palace Hotel Copenhagen. From there, they transitioned into market research at AC Nielsen AIM, Copenhagen, before joining Danske Bank as a student in treasury settlements. Even Elias then moved on to become a supervisor and night manager at First Hotel Skt Petri.

In 2007, Austevoll joined Acta Kapitalforvaltning, where they held various roles such as project manager, financial advisor, and manager of the Danish branch. During their time at Acta Kapitalforvaltning, they gained experience in project management and financial advising.

In 2011, Austevoll joined American Express as a manager, where their responsibilities included setting up and launching foreign exchange services in Denmark, business development, project management, and people management.

Austevoll's career then took a shift towards the digital solutions and product management space. Even Elias worked at PFA as the VP Digital Solutions, leading an agile development unit responsible for the development and operational management of 50 different applications. Even Elias also focused on digital solutions, process optimization, health insurance solutions, robotic process automation, SAP, and nearshoring development.

In their most recent role at PFA as the VP Product Platform, Product & Process Management, Austevoll served on the joint steering committee and was responsible for the general IT development and growth of the channel. Even Elias also managed the connection with outside suppliers, including IT consultants and SaaS solutions.

Additionally, Austevoll served as a board member for Norwegian Professionals Copenhagen from 2013 to 2015.

Even Elias Austevoll holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Global Executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School, which they completed from 2015 to 2017. Even Elias also has a certificate in Financial Management from Cornell University in 2009. In 2003, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School. In addition, they attended Forsikringsakademiet in 2013 for a program in Personal insurance, sales, pension, and insurance. Prior to these, Even studied Hotel Management at the University of Stavanger from 2002 to 2003. Even Elias has also obtained the SAFe® 4 Certified Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2017.
