Irene Holmslykke is the current CEO and direktør of PFA Asset Management. Irene has extensive experience in the financial industry, having worked for companies such as Danske Bank, Danske Markets, and Realkredit Danmark.

Irene started their career at Realkredit Danmark in 1997 as a senior analyst in fund development and relations. In 2004, they were promoted to head of risk management, a position they held until 2007. Irene then left Realkredit Danmark to join Danske Bank as head of ALM risk and governance of Covered Bonds.

In 2012, Irene was promoted again to deputy of global private wealth management and global head of business management. Irene held this position until 2018 when they left Danske Bank to join PFA.

Irene has been instrumental in the growth and success of PFA. Under their leadership, the company has seen significant growth and expansion. Irene is a respected leader in the industry and is known for their dedication to their work and their commitment to their team.

Irene Holmslykke has an executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School, as well as a degree in science and economics from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark. Irene also has a Bestyrelsesuddannelsen from Copenhagen Business School.

They work with Peter Rosenlind-Nissen - Direktør, Rådgivning, Morten Winther Hansen - Direktør, Product & Process Management, and Mikkel Friis-Thomsen - Kommunikationsdirektør, Koncernkommunikation & Eksterne Relationer. Irene Holmslykke reports to Allan Polack, Group CEO.
