Felix Froese

Felix Froese is a sustainability manager at PFALZWERKE AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT, leading decarbonization and agility efforts as part of a newly developed sustainability strategy since May 2022. Previously, Felix held the position of Specialist Hydrogen, overseeing hydrogen strategy and project initiatives. Extensive experience includes serving as General Manager at Alimenta Algae SAC, where leadership of a biotech research team and management of a large research budget were key responsibilities, along with construction and operational oversight of production facilities. Felix also coordinated Peru's first circular economy incubator as Program Coordinator at Circular Economy Lab Peru and provided consultancy in renewable energy solutions at EnerTek Global and LaTherm Energie AG. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Renewable Energy Management from The University of Freiburg and ongoing training as a New Work Facilitator.
