Tim Gerecke

Tim Gerecke currently serves as the Operational Excellence Manager at Pfeifer & Langen GmbH & Co. KG since August 2019. Previously, Tim held the position of Lean Manager at ABC Umformtechnik GmbH & Co. KG from October 2018 to July 2019, and at H&T Presspart Marsberg from February 2016 to September 2018, where key responsibilities included Lean Production and Lean Administration. Tim implemented various projects focused on Value Stream Design, Shopfloor Management, purchasing process optimization, and employee suggestion schemes. In 2015, Tim gained experience as a Trainee in Lean Management at Porsche Consulting Group, working on projects involving Value Stream Design, layout optimization, and Lean Administration. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from TU Dortmund University, acquired in 2015.
