Guillaume Kreziak has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Guillaume currently serves as the President & General Manager of Pfeiffer Vacuum France SAS since May 2021. Prior to this, they were the President and Regional Manager for North America at Pfeiffer Vacuum, Inc. from January 2019 to May 2021, where they had full P&L responsibility for $200 million in sales and 400 employees. Guillaume has also served as the Vice President of Products & Technology at Pfeiffer Vacuum from September 2017 to January 2019.
Before joining Pfeiffer Vacuum, Guillaume held significant positions at The Linde Group, a leading supplier of industrial and medical gases and services. Guillaume served as the VP of Operations Europe South (COO) from 2012 to 2017, where they were responsible for production, sourcing, customer services, and engineering over 20 sites. Guillaume also served as the Technical Director of France, where they redesigned the production/supply chain network and led the successful SAP implementation program.
Prior to their tenure at The Linde Group, Guillaume worked at Pechiney, a global company in the fields of Aluminum, Electrometallurgy, and Packaging. Guillaume served as an Industrial Manager and Continuous Improvement leader, implementing and steering the continuous improvement system, as well as leading the annual operational improvement plans in France and South Africa. Guillaume also served as a Plant Manager, where they refocused the foundry production on higher-value alloys for the automotive industry.
Guillaume started their career as a Research Development Engineer at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where they worked on research projects.
Throughout their career, Guillaume has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a track record of driving operational excellence and business growth.
Guillaume Kreziak completed their Engineer diploma in Mechanical, fluid dynamics, and computer science from Grenoble INP - Ense3 between 1987 and 1990. In 2012, they undertook Linde executive Business Training at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
