Pascal Mereau

Pascal MEREAU is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and infrastructure management. Currently serving as a Help Desk Support Technician at Pfeiffer Vacuum since October 2024, Pascal is responsible for troubleshooting and assisting over 800 individuals across various departments. Previously, as an IT Support Specialist at SPINEART from November 2018 to July 2024, Pascal managed office support activities and collaborated closely with the Digital team. Before that, Pascal held the position of Responsable Bureautique at Sonepar, overseeing IT support activities and managing hardware and software resources from March 2009 to November 2018. Early in the career, Pascal worked as a Technicien micro-informatique at CETELEM and as Responsable Support Informatique at Carrefour, gaining extensive experience in network installation, user training, and incident management. Pascal holds a DUT in Informatique from IUT d'ORSAY, Université Paris XI, and a DUT in Chimie from the same institution.
