Jim Haglund

Jim Haglund has extensive experience in the abrasive products industry, currently serving as Abrasives Technical Support, Abrasives Trainer, and Customer Service Representative at PFERD USA since September 2006. In this role, Jim provides technical and application support to the sales force, distributors, and end users of abrasive products while also training on abrasive products. Prior to this, Jim worked as a Shift Supervisor at Norton Company from April 1983 to March 2005, where responsibilities included managing daily operations to ensure the efficient production, packaging, and shipping of abrasive products. Jim holds an Associate degree in Business Management from Anna Maria College in Paxton, Massachusetts.
