Richard Napierala

Richard Napierala has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Richard started their career in 1999 at AutoZone, where they held various positions including Parts Sales Manager, Commercial Sales Manager, and Territory Sales Manager. In these roles, they managed operations, developed market analysis and action plans, and led teams to achieve sales targets. Richard worked at AutoZone until 2021.

In 2012, Richard became the Artistic Director for The Toledo Choral Society, where they conducted rehearsals and performances, selected musical literature for performances, and organized and conducted orchestras. Richard continues to hold this position.

From 2013 to 2020, Richard served as the Director of Athletic Bands at The University of Findlay, where they directed The Marching Oiler Brass, arranged music charts, and designed drill performances.

Richard's most recent role is as a Community Manager at Towne Properties, starting in 2021 and ending in 2023.

Starting in 2023, Richard will be a Sales Engineer at PFI Bearings.
