Alina Smirnova

Alina Smirnova is an experienced professional in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Associate Director - Feasibility Strategy & Analytics Lead at Pfizer since September 2019. In this role, Alina provides strategic guidance on country and site recommendations, implements intelligence processes, and documents changes throughout the clinical trial lifecycle. Previously, Alina held several positions at Pfizer, including Associate Director - Site Intelligence Lead and Senior Site Intelligence Specialist, where the focus was on developing site intelligence strategies and fostering collaborations across various functional teams. Prior to Pfizer, Alina worked at Syneos Health as a Clinical Research Associate and began a career in pharmacy with roles at Farmacias Trebol and Farmacia Fuentespina. Alina holds a Master’s degree in MICTM from ESAME Pharmaceutical Business School and a Licenciatura in Farmacia from Universidad de Alcalá.
