Bradley Apps has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Bradley began their career in 1989 at Thomas Noble & Russell Chartered Accountants, where they worked in various audit roles until 1995. Bradley then joined BD as an Assistant Financial Accountant, where they stayed until 1997. From 1997 to 2001, Bradley worked as a Financial Accountant at Beiersdorf. In 2001, they moved to Pfizer, where they held several key positions including Group Financial Controller, Head of Business Finance (Pharmaceuticals and Biopharma), Head of Finance (Biopharma and Primary Care ANZ), Commercial SAP Project Lead, and Finance Director/CFO for ANZ & Korea. Their most recent role at Pfizer was as Pfizer Aust & NZ Finance Director/CFO and Cluster Lead Finance Market Ops ANZ, Japan, Korea & Canada.

Bradley Apps completed their education at various institutions. Bradley first attended Kadina High School from 1983 to 1988, where they obtained their HSC. Bradley then pursued a Bachelor of Business in Accounting at the University of New England, Northern Rivers from 1989 to 1992. Afterwards, Bradley enrolled in the Institute of Chartered Accountants for their Professional Year (CA) in Accounting from 1993 to 1994. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Justice of the Peace in NSW in 1999.
