David Giorgio

David Giorgio is a retired Executive Director of Vaccine Clinical Research at Pfizer. They began their career at Wyeth as a Senior Clinical Project Manager from 2004 to 2007, where they led protocol development and managed clinical studies. Giorgio advanced to Pfizer Pharmaceuticals as an Assistant Director, Global Trial Leader from 2007 to 2010, overseeing program execution and collaboration across functions and regions. Since 2010, they have served as a Senior Director, providing medical and scientific support for vaccine projects, and managing clinical scientists. Giorgio holds a degree from New York Medical College, which they completed in 1999.
