Olena Goloborodko

Olena Goloborodko has extensive experience in corporate legal counsel and contract negotiation within the pharmaceutical industry. As of July 2024, Olena serves as Director & Corporate Counsel at Pfizer, previously holding the title of Associate Director Corporate Counsel. Prior to Pfizer, Olena worked at Seagen as Associate Director, Corporate Legal Counsel, and at Celgene as Associate Director in two capacities focused on global contract negotiation. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Manager of Global Contracts and Outsourcing Management at Astellas Pharma Europe and as a Project Officer at Leiden University. Olena holds a Master of Laws in Corporate Law from Leiden University and studied Leadership and Management at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
