Paul Dinkel

Paul Dinkel is currently a Principal Scientist in Purification Process Development at Pfizer. They previously held roles as Scientist III in Downstream Process Development at Patheon and Thermo Fisher Scientific, and served as a Senior Scientist and Group Supervisor. Dinkel completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Vollum Institute at OHSU, focusing on structural investigations of potassium channels. They earned a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Denver, where their doctoral research explored the conversion of tau protein into fibrillar aggregates relevant to Alzheimer’s disease. Dinkel also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
