Pavel Sedláček

Pavel Sedláček is an experienced leader in the pharmaceutical industry with a career spanning over two decades at Pfizer since June 2003. Currently serving as Country Manager, Pavel is also the Director of Business Operations and Planning for the Inflammation & Immunology division in the International Developed Markets, overseeing strategic initiatives across 54 markets. Previous roles include Director of Business Operations for Global Innovative Pharma in Central and Eastern Europe, where Pavel managed operations in 32 markets, and Director of Business Operations for Emerging Markets Europe, covering 35 countries. Pavel has also held positions such as Business Unit Director for Primary Care—responsible for a significant portfolio exceeding USD 50 million—and Director of Generics. Prior experience includes various marketing and product management roles at Merck Sharp & Dohme. Pavel holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Charles University, obtained between 1992 and 1999.
