Perry Higgs

Perry Higgs is a Senior Materials Characterisation Scientist at Pfizer, where they focus on polymer characterisation and analysis. With a strong background in analytical and materials chemistry, Perry has previously served as a Scientific Advisor for the Biodegradable Plastics Association and has extensive experience in particle characterisation and materials science from their earlier roles at Pfizer. Perry holds a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry from the University of Surrey and an MSc in Analytical Chemistry from Birkbeck, University of London, where they graduated with distinction. Their research interests include the impacts of plastic litter and the analysis of microplastics in the environment.
