Raf de Herdt

Raf De Herdt has extensive experience in global compensation and benefits management, currently serving as Vice President, Global Compensation at Pfizer since 2001. In this role, Raf leads compensation initiatives for Europe and Pfizer's Global Manufacturing & Supply Division, and is a key member of the Global Compensation Leadership Team. Responsibilities include implementing Pfizer's global compensation philosophy, overseeing key compensation processes, analyzing market competitiveness, and guiding HR leaders in talent management. Prior positions at Pfizer include Sr Director Global Compensation and roles in compensation and HR operations. Raf began a career in HR at Delhaize Group and holds Master's degrees in Human Resources and Law from the University of Antwerp and KU Leuven, respectively.
