Aleksandra Domanowska

Aleksandra Domanowska is an experienced professional in human capital, change management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), currently serving as the DEI Lead for EMEA and a Senior Organization Development Consultant at Talent since July 2021. Previously, Aleksandra held senior roles in talent management and organizational development at Personio and Brighte, and worked as a Talent & Employee Experience Business Partner at Nine. Additional experience includes roles as a Talent Manager at Sirius People and HR & Recruitment Partner at Code Resourcing, where engagement with C-level stakeholders and global clients was emphasized. Aleksandra has also contributed to academia as an External Lecturer in HR Management and Cross-Cultural Communication at multiple institutions. Educational qualifications include Master's degrees in Psychology and Cognition and Communication from the University of Dundee and the University of Copenhagen, respectively, alongside supplementary coursework in International Business Communication at Copenhagen Business School.
