Rebecca Ostrov

Rebecca Ostrov is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy and consulting, currently serving as the Strategy & Planning Lead and mRNA Influenza Global Launch Lead at Pfizer's Biopharmaceuticals Group since November 2017. Rebecca has a demonstrated history of delivering high-impact initiatives for executive leadership, managing diverse teams, and enhancing organizational efficiency. As the founder and Principal of Falter Dog, LLC, Rebecca focuses on strategic consultancy for mission-oriented organizations. Previous roles include Global Head at WE Charity and various leadership positions at The College Board, where substantial contributions were made to educational programs and partnerships. Rebecca holds a BS in International Business from The College of New Jersey and an MPA from Baruch College.
