Sasha Giacoppo

Sasha Giacoppo has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Most recently, Sasha worked at Pfizer as a Senior Director and Design Team Lead. Prior to that, Sasha served as the Head of Product Design at Visible Alpha, where they focused on transforming the product design discipline to enhance business success. Sasha also held the position of Senior Director of Experience Strategy + Design at Isobar, leading various customer experience strategy and digital transformation projects. Sasha founded Cheqit App, where they developed a financial wellness and budgeting product. Before that, Sasha worked at EY as a Senior Manager, leading digital transformation programs and growing the design team. Sasha also served as Director of Experience Strategy + UX Design at Capco Digital, driving the growth of the UX and innovation design practice. In addition, Sasha created the JetLag Genie App and worked as a UX Design Director at AKQA, a UX Lead at Fluid, and a UX Lead at Lot18.

Sasha Giacoppo obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Penn State University in 1997. In 2002, Giacoppo completed a Master of Arts degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) at The Catholic University of America. Later, Giacoppo pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Administration, Leadership, & Technology at New York University, which was completed in 2007. Additionally, at New York University, Giacoppo obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree with a focus on Educational/Instructional Technology during the same period (2003-2007).
