Shana Johnson

Shana Johnson, MBA, has a robust background in pharmaceutical sales with significant experience spanning over two decades. At Bayer, Shana excelled as an Executive Sales Consultant from March 2014 to January 2017, achieving a national ranking of #2 and receiving the President's Club award. Prior roles include Senior Specialty Representative at Merck Sharp & Dohme, where Shana launched a new glaucoma product, and Senior Territory Manager at ISTA Pharmaceuticals, contributing to the growth of a start-up into a $160 million specialty ophthalmic organization.
