Alex Halvachs

Alex Halvachs has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Alex currently works at PFL.com as a Tier III Support Architect and Technical Resource since November 2022. Prior to this, they were a Tier II Support Engineer and Technical Resource at PFL.com from October 2021 to November 2022.

Before joining PFL.com, Alex worked at Charter Communications for a significant period. Alex held various roles including Marketing Automation Manager (Spectrum Enterprise) from June 2019 to October 2021, Sales Enablement Technology Manager (Spectrum Enterprise) from April 2017 to June 2019, Sr. Analyst Salesforce Systems Support (Time Warner Cable Business Class) from August 2013 to April 2017, and Sr. Sales Support Specialist (Time Warner Cable Business Class) from March 2012 to August 2013. Alex also started their career at Charter Communications as a Lead Inbound Sales Agent (Time Warner Cable) from June 2009 to March 2012.

Prior to Charter Communications, Alex worked at Ecordia as a Business Development Manager from May 2008 to May 2009. In this role, they conducted demos with potential customers obtained through online marketing and promoted the organization's strengths in SEO/SEM web tools.

Alex Halvachs received a Bachelor's Degree in Communications: Advertising and Public Relations from The University of Texas at Arlington, from the years 2004 to 2008.
