Matthias D'Agrosa

Matthias D'Agrosa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in implementation and support within the technology sector. Currently serving as Senior Manager Implementation and Solutions Architect at PFS since June 2011, Matthias has been instrumental in the implementation of JD Edwards (JDE) projects for new and existing clients, alongside providing daily support to operations and finance teams. Prior experience includes coordination roles at Teleperformance Benelux, focused on processes and knowledge management, as well as coaching and technical support roles at Apple. Matthias has a diverse background that includes quality management for Microsoft Xbox support, freelance localization for FreeMarkets, and translation work for the European Commission. Academic qualifications include a Maitrise in Business and Languages from Université de Provence and specialized translation studies in Spain.
