Melinda Heath, CPM, CSM, is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in managing high-revenue e-commerce and software development projects. Currently serving as a Project Manager at PFS since June 2020, Melinda oversees a portfolio focused on PFS CRM and JDE OMS/WMS, ensuring project delivery through all phases of SDLC while enhancing communication between stakeholders. Prior roles include IT Project Manager at Caliber Collision, where Melinda implemented Microsoft Project Server and managed critical application transitions, and Global IT Project Manager at AMX, successfully completing a significant ERP and HRIS upgrade on schedule and under budget. Melinda's career also encompasses leadership positions at XO Communications, DSC Communications, Evolving Systems Inc., and Andersen Consulting, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics from Texas A&M University.
