Mary Belt

Mary Belt is an accomplished professional currently serving as a Training and Development Specialist at Little Creek Casino Resort and as an Intern Program Specialist at BLUE ORIGIN. Additionally, Mary holds the position of Technical Project Manager with Aquent, working remotely and onsite at Meta. Previously, as Program Director at Palmer Scholars, Mary designed and instructed College Readiness Training and managed a caseload of over 150 students while maintaining essential community partnerships. At the University of Puget Sound, Mary's role as Assistant Director of Diversity and Inclusion included developing the Campus Diversity Strategic Plan and achieving a 100% retention and graduation rate for the Access Scholars Cohort Program. Mary's educational background includes a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration from Stony Brook University and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Business Administration and History from the University of Puget Sound.
