Kister's extensive experience includes previous roles such as Vice President Manufacturing, Vice President Logistics, and Member of the Board of Directors at PFW UK Machining Limited, all showcasing responsibility for significant teams and operational efficiencies. Prior positions at WABCO and Bombardier involved logistics management and production control, implementing lean principles and managing budgets. Kister began a career at Daimler AG with responsibilities in production planning and traineeship, complemented by academic credentials including a Dipl.-Ing. in Information Systems Engineering from Technische Universität Braunschweig and study at Linköping University.
