Becca Bailey

Becca Bailey is a seasoned professional in player engagement and educational program management, currently serving as a Player Engagement Consultant at PGA of America since January 2022. Prior to this role, Becca held multiple positions within Hank Haney Golf, including Head Instructor and Director of Junior Programs, and contributed to The Golf Ranch at Waterview as an Instructor and Director of Programs. With extensive experience in higher education, Becca served in various capacities at the University of Texas at Arlington, University of Missouri-Kansas City, and University of Kansas, focusing on program coordination, staff management, and training development. Becca holds a Master's degree in Counseling & Student Personnel and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, both from Oklahoma State University.
