Diane Patz

Diane Patz, CEBS, is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in human resources and employee benefits. Serving as the Senior Director of People Operations and Human Resources for the PGA of America since July 1990, Diane is responsible for workforce planning and managing the Association’s HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and policy interpretation. Prior experience includes roles at Cigna as an Account Administration Supervisor, overseeing retirement pension accounts and serving as a Technical Analyst. Diane holds a Bachelor's degree in Consumer Economics from St Joseph University in Connecticut.
