Andrea Lassen

Andrea Lassen has extensive work experience in a variety of roles, primarily in the field of Human Resources. Andrea is currently the Director of People Operations at Vcheck Global, where they oversee HR functions. Previously, they served as the Sr. Manager of Compliance at Bambee, managing the HR compliance team and handling other HR responsibilities. Prior to that, they were the Director of Human Resources at Netki, Inc., where they implemented HR best practices, led hiring initiatives, and managed payroll. Earlier in their career, Andrea worked as the Team and Culture Manager at ShipHawk, handling HR, office management, and executive assistant duties. Andrea also owned and operated a Curves fitness facility, where they managed all operations, including HR functions. Andrea began their career as a model at Wilhelmina Models and later worked as an Executive/Personal Assistant at Yvette Poole and Associates.

Andrea Lassen completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology at UC Santa Barbara from 2000 to 2004.
