Frances Buchanan

Frances Buchanan is an experienced professional in tournament services and event management, currently serving as the Tournament Services Manager for THE PLAYERS Championship at PGA TOUR since August 2022. Key responsibilities include developing strategic plans for tournament services, managing budgets, overseeing communication among stakeholders, and ensuring positive player and caddie experiences. Prior roles include the Sr. Manager of Marketing and Business Operations at USA Water Ski & Wake Sports, and various positions at PGA of America, where Frances facilitated volunteer programs and coordinated logistics for major championships. Frances holds a Master of Science in Sport and Entertainment Management from the University of South Carolina and a degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from the University of Mississippi.
