Gene Horlbeck

Gene Horlbeck is an experienced professional in the ticket operations field, currently serving as Director of Ticket Services at PGA TOUR since November 2018, following roles as Senior Manager and Ticketing Support Specialist. Prior to PGA TOUR, Gene held various positions at Monumental Sports & Entertainment from January 2013 to November 2018, including Director of Franchise Ticket Operations and Manager of Ticket Operations. Additional experience includes serving as Ticket Manager for the Military Bowl in 2012, and internships with the Tiger Woods Foundation, Monumental Sports & Entertainment, Most Valuable Kids, and positions in research and legal roles. Gene holds a Master of Professional Studies in Sports Management from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Furman University.
