Steve Garcia

Steve Garcia is an experienced security professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Corporate & Tournament Security at the PGA TOUR, with a history of leadership roles in law enforcement and security. Previously, Steve held the position of National Instructor for Fair and Impartial Policing, where instruction focused on implicit bias awareness and procedural justice. Steve served as a Security Associate for the NFL and held the rank of Major with the Colorado State Patrol, overseeing multiple districts and providing leadership to enforcement teams. Steve Garcia holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice from Colorado State University, alongside advanced training from Harvard University and Northwestern University.
