Bruce Wiskel is a highly experienced corrosion engineer with extensive expertise in managing corrosion protection systems for gas pipelines. As the Principal Corrosion Engineer at Pacific Gas and Electric Company since October 2013, Bruce Wiskel leads corrosion programs including Coatings and DC Interference, and oversees the implementation of the 850 Off Cathodic Protection Program for 6,700 miles of transmission piping. Previously, as Manager of Corrosion Services at PG&E, Bruce ensured compliance and training for over 28,000 miles of gas pipeline assets. Bruce Wiskel also held leadership positions as President of Corrpro Canada Inc., where operational, sales, financial, and administrative aspects of a $75 million business were managed, and as Regional VP at Corrpro Companies Inc., overseeing Western Operations. Bruce Wiskel holds a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Alberta and a Business Management Certificate from the University of Calgary.
