Jason MacAtangay

Jason Macatangay is an experienced IT professional with a background in system administration, network engineering, and information security. Currently serving as a Sr IT Security Product Specialist at Pacific Gas and Electric Company since July 2021, Jason previously held the position of Sr. System Administrator at the same organization from May 2017 to July 2021. Prior to PG&E, Jason worked at UCSF Medical Center as a System Engineer in Data Center Operations, managing various aspects of network infrastructure. Jason’s career also includes roles at Impax Laboratories and Perot Systems, where responsibilities ranged from managing network devices to providing technical support to end users. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Mapúa University and a High School Diploma from San Sebastian College.
