Nicholas Medina

Nicholas Medina has extensive experience in engineering and consulting, currently serving as a Senior Electric Standards & Strategy Engineer at Pacific Gas and Electric Company since August 2015. In this role, Nicholas has developed and managed processes for CAISO Resource Interconnection Management System and has been involved in various governance and project management initiatives. Previous positions at PG&E include Situation Unit Lead in Emergency Operations, where Nicholas provided critical intelligence during emergencies, and participation in an Engineer Rotation Development Program, encompassing diverse roles in electric transmission asset development and project management. Prior to PG&E, Nicholas worked as a Financial Analyst at Medina & Co Consulting, gaining expertise in economic damage quantification and financial forecasting, and held positions at American Apparel and Smartwax, focusing on production planning and operations analysis. Nicholas holds a BS in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Graduate Certificate in Engineering Management from Stanford University.
