Renata Bakousseva

Renata Bakousseva is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and program management, primarily within the energy sector. Currently serving as Principal Project Lead for Microgrid Development and Implementation at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, Renata champions community-focused infrastructure initiatives and leads impactful process improvements for Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) communications. Previously, Renata managed the PSPS PMO and contributed to clean energy initiatives by enabling access to energy management data products. Renata's academic background includes dual master's degrees in Engineering Systems and Business Administration from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, complemented by a bachelor's degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, Renata has international engineering experience from time spent as a Field Engineer at Schlumberger.
