Stephen Chhit

Stephen Chhit, PE, LEED AP, possesses extensive experience in civil and gas engineering, with a career beginning as an Engineer Intern at the City of Stockton's Public Works department. At MWH, Stephen advanced to the role of Civil Engineer, performing engineering analyses, design calculations, and preparing design specifications. Following this, experience at Pacific Gas and Electric Company included progression to Senior Gas Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed the design and project engineering of gas transmission station facilities, including technical support and contractor management. Stephen holds two Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of the Pacific, one in Engineering Management and another in Civil Engineering.
