Sumeet Singh

Sumeet Singh, P.E. is the Chief Operating Officer at Pacific Gas and Electric Company since August 2020, overseeing all operations within the utility, including Gas, Electric, and Generation, as well as safety and emergency operations. Prior to this role, Sumeet held various senior leadership positions, including Executive Vice President, focusing on integrated workforce health and safety and risk management, and Senior Vice President, Chief Risk Officer. With extensive experience at Pacific Gas and Electric, Sumeet has managed significant operational and regulatory initiatives, led a workforce of thousands, and ensured compliance with safety and asset management standards. Sumeet holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
