Alexandra Phillippi

Alexandra Phillippi is an experienced executive with a diverse background in operations, human resources, and strategic management, currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at PGGM since May 2018. Prior to this role, Alexandra held multiple senior positions at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. from 1993 to 2017, including Managing Director of International Business Services, where significant achievements included setting up a new department and launching key international initiatives. Alexandra's previous roles encompassed responsibilities in compliance, operational risk, and strategic IT developments, with noteworthy contributions to the integration of ABN AMRO and Fortis Bank Nederland. Alexandra holds degrees from the University of Groningen and Erasmus University Rotterdam and is currently pursuing further education at IMD.
