Raymon Goes is an experienced compliance officer in the finance sector, currently serving at PGGM since 2019. In this role, Raymon is a member of the Investment Deal Team, providing advice to the investment board on managing reputational and ethical risks for proposed private investments. Additionally, Raymon leads the cross-departmental workgroup 'Policy Framework', responsible for establishing governance for all PGGM policies. Previously, Raymon worked as an analyst, performing data analyses. Prior to PGGM, Raymon was a consultant for IDC from 2017 to 2018, where responsibilities included creating strategic articles for Adobe and Exact and leading research on innovation in public-transport payment systems. Raymon also consulted for RMGMC/DVA between 2014 and 2017, conducting PARP analyses for major insurance corporations and advising medium-sized intermediaries on strategies for enhancing digital customer service. Educationally, Raymon holds a Master's degree in Strategy & Organization from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, completed in 2013.
